MBD collecting illegally 3rd complaint on this!!!

Once again MBD doesn't do as promised, and keep harassing and try to collect illegally

I've posted 3 complaints before, and everytime they are quick to post a reply as to not look like, but behind the scenes they keep harrassing clients, and especially me

Background: I owed some money on my Discovery card (FNB) and have made several payments.

FNB have since (in December) written off the debt. This can be seen on my ITC profile (Experian and Transunion) and I do not owe the rest of the money.

I have told 60 different consultants the same story, but they have a bad attitude and keep calling, each one ignoring the so called "recorded calls"

I am not liable for debt books purchased my MBD, and only owed the initial lender (FNB (Discovery) - not yourselves

I will NOT:

1. Pay any more money
2. Stop harrasing me, and stop with trying to illegally collect money that has been written off.
3. Provide you with any letters from FNB (Discovery) - thats your job

I WILL:

Report any further harrasment to the Consumer board, ITC, Police and the Credit Beurea

Dont post a fake reply on this complaint, it is my 3rd complaint, and no, it is not resolved, even if you say it is
