Late Estate: Nedbank Bond Account (Mr DS Mahlagu)

Dear Peter

My late father had a bond account with Nedbank which when he passed away in 2011, we do not understand how it came about since well the house is not yet finished. I requested nedbank to provide me with documents of the bond loan agreement of which I can see that it is my late father`s and my mother`s signature. The bond amount was R197 000.00, When my father passed away I fought with nedbank that on the documents it shows that the monthly instalment includes the insurance of about R 143 000.00 of which they did paid it towards the bond. an amount of R54 000.00 was outstanding of which we are paying an amount of R 2300.00 and now the outstanding balance is R 18 000.00. I had been called by the gentlemen by the name of Kazyle from Mohammed Incorporated Attorneys from Cape Town: No 021 815 2000 who has been harrasing me telling me that we will loose the house if i do not faxed through those deposit slips he says he was appointed by Nedbank and wants to know when are we going to settle the amount. I explained to him that we are paying an amount of R2300.00 every month and he shoud contact nedbank about this issue. This guy is very rude and harrasing me. Pls help
