Lawyers letter received for an account 6 years ago

I received a very unprofessional lawyers letter from Van Der Merwe, Cronje and Kaplan ing claiming that i owe a Dr AJ Visser an amount of R1627.70. The letter states nothing else and there was not supporting documents showing what the account was for, who Dr Visser is, Which year the account was outstanding - no Information whatsoever. I have had to phone around to get information regarding this account that i am not aware of or have not been contact previously about. The Lawyers firm contact me on a my mobile number which has been the same for over 5 years - therefore the Doctors account department could have easily contacted me regarding this account. There is also a supposed 'judgement' against me - which i dont know about. No communication or letters where previously received regarding this. The person i spoke to at the legal firm could not give me any information other than the account being from 2007. I made it very clear to her that she must send more information - its been a week and not even a phone call from them or the doctors accounts department which i spoke. The doctors accounts department dont even know what account this is and need to consult with legal.
