Fraudulent Payment for Birth Certificate via Computicket

I was asked to pay 1800 rand for a birth certificate in Zimbabwe. I noticed the payment went to Computicket in South Africa, and I never received the service I paid for. It was straight fraud by an unknown party, which appears to have laundered money via Computicket.
