Incorrect ID# for my daughter been issued TWICE!!!

I don't even know where to start this is so shocking and messed up!

i registered my daughter at birth and received a birth certificate for her it hen applied for her passport and Unabridged Birth Certificate a year and 6 months later and all seemed well received the passport about 2 Weeks later which was very impressive, but still didn't hear anything about the Unabridged Certificate until i called the call centre on 0800601190 and they had told me that it was available for collection at the home affairs office where i had applied this was on 21/10/2013

when i got the birth certificate i was requested by the Gentleman behind the counter to please check that the details are correct and i picked up that my daughters name was completely incorrect her name is Saige and on this Certificate it says Bevula Timothy i then informed the Gentleman about the fact that this was incorrect and he then said he will pass this on to one of the people who deal with this kinda issue and gave me a copy and kept the original

today i went back there and i found out that the id numbers i've had for her does not appear on the system at all their is a different number registered to her...

scary!
