MOBVIDSA entering anyone into contract via SMS

I receive SMS-es on my phone "prompting me" to follow links to visit sites which promotes videos of explicit or sexual nature. [URL Removed] is imposing contracts on me, which I have to REMEMDY by "CANCELLING THEM" through further instructions from MOBVIDSA. Instructions to "OPT OUT" are now being imposed on me yet again to send sms-es to another number which are costing me my money, time and effort which I didn't subscribe to in the first place and it is taking up my employer's time which he pays for.

THIS IS ILLEGAL . I will report this [URL Removed] on all the public domains I know.
