After Sales service a waste of time

I purchased a Bizhub C451, after being told that a sole proprietor was not allowed to take out a lease agreement, from the Pietermaritzburg branch. When it was delivered, it was just left in my shop in two pieces, no user manual, power cord, nor any instructions on how to use it was supplied. Three days later, after numerous calls to Cheryl, I am still waiting for a technician to come and hook me up so I can email documents. The service here is absolutely rubbish. I will not be referring anybody to Konica from now on. I have told them to come and collect the machine and re-imburse me the money that I have paid for it. Two hours later, no one from the Pmb branch have even picked up the phone to apologise.
