Poor service

Yesterday i ordered flowers to be delivered to a special someone as a birthday gift. after calling in at 2pm i was assured the driver was in the Sandton area and the delivery would take place soon.by 5pm the flowers had not arrived. this morning the 2nd of August i call in to find out what the problem was. The answer i received was it will be delivered today before 11am.

im sorry but the day has passed. so today is as to say a tad bit to late.
the call center agent did get a slight mouthing off from me, he was not the cause but he is a representative of Net Florist,

im very disappointed in the service and i hope others do not end up with the same situation.
