We got account for hosting in 2009. I sent all the details through for deduction of R9 pm. Each year we received email that it was renewed. We recieved email last week that we have an account of over r900 and the website is suspended. Itriedtocontact them. A George responded tomy email very rudely also Anri. I asked themfor proof of my documents that i sent through to variefy the details. They both kept saying i do have the copy and they didnt want to listen tome at all. They were rude and i do have all the emails sent to me. I told them why didnt anyone contactus to say the bank details are incorrect? He just said a email was sent after first deduction didnt go through. I never received a email and he also cant or wont give me the proof. According to the law they didnt contacted us in 3 years and renewed each year. We are not liable for the outstanding because the account aged. Wheni told him he just said that im incorrect and that imust pay. I never ever received such bad client service not even at a govermental office! I want an explaination and appology from George and Anri.
