In Oct 2012 I took out a personal loan, due to a error on ur side, you didnt load the banking details correct and you didnt debit my bank account. I have email proof that I have requested on numerous occasions for you to update this yet you failed to do it. Evenually I when into the bank and the supervisor assisted me and the debit order started. I then asked you if I would be penalised and listed on the credit burea to which you REPLIED NO, so now that i want to apply for finance, I get told that I didnt pay my account for 3 motnhs. WHAT NONSENSE IS THIS. YOU MADE THE MISTAKE NOW YOU FIX IT UP...
