I experienced the POOREST service ever from santam..i joined santam in sept 2013 n on my debit date my premium didnt go off, i called them n asked why they didnt debit & if they can resubmit premium and i was advised they had a problem with their system and i will be double debited in Oct bt i have cover. i had an accident on the 20th n i was given courtesy car. in oct again premium didnt go off and again i called with no luck then i sent an email which was never responded. i then received an sms that policy is cancelled. i called again to find out what going on i was told to send bank statements whisch was when me n the agent (Monieb) realised that i gave incorrect bank details..i asked what would happen then and he transferred me to his manager who i advised i want my policy re istated based on the fact that NO ONE CONFIRMED BANK DETAILS WHEN I 1ST CALLED. she said sh wil get back to me, still nothing. i called them over and over again being promised callbacks which never materialised. i called them again and only then was i notified that my claim is rejected, i asked for the rejection letter last week n still nothing. no one follows procedure and THE CLIENT IS DISADVANTAGED!
