No response/refund/credit on account

I placed an order for four tickets to the Mclaren Circus at the beginning of March, but by the time my payment was processed (EFT), the tickets were sold out. I have requested either a credit on my account or a refund into my bank account. After numerous emails, I have still not received an email with regards to my request. There is no indication that anyone is even taking note of my mails. Still no refund or credit on my account.

Very poor service. If there is a back log due to technical glitches, then it's management's job to sort it out in order to keep customers happy and to retain their business. Great deals, poor service...
