On 20 February we bought two vouchers from Cityslicker and as per the T&C's could cancel these within a certain time period, I asked for a refund on the same day.
Now nearly a month later I have still received no concrete feedback. I get autoresponses which really don't mean anything, and repeated emails asking for the vouchers and purchase details and the banking details for the refund to be paid into. After submitting the information numerous times I have still not received any feedback and they still have my money.
Cityslicker, I did everything by the book, please play nicely too.
