STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND

This is my second complaint for the same problem and I have STILL not received my refund. Its now been over a month.

I received a reply from Cityslicker on the 27th of March to my Hello Peter complaint apologizing and saying that my refund would be done by last week Friday (the 5th of April). I sent a followup asking when I would received it and it still has not been attended to. They haven't responded to me at all since the email of 27 March, not even a sorry we still busy, which would also have been unacceptable. I paid my money in good faith expecting to receive circus tickets and now I'm sitting with no tickets nor my money.

I want my refund immediately as this is now ridiculous :(
