USED PRODUCT RECEIVED WITH NO WARRANTY

Sunrose Online is a supplier listed on the Bidorbuy web-site. I ordered a Popcorn machine that was advertised as "BRAND NEW" with a "FULL WARRANTY". I paid in full (including shipping charges). What I received is a USED POPCORN MACHINE - with popcorn kernel debris and oil residue throughout the unit. The popcorn machine was poorly packaged (not original packaging) and there was no paperwork (instruction manual, warranty info, or invoice) with the unit. I have tried repeatedly to contact Bidorbuy and Sunrose Online to sort out the issue with no success. Both companies are failing to take responsibility!
