I bought a popcorn & candy floss machine from Catersmart 24-07-2013.
When I fetched these, the popcorn machine's door hinge was broken when it came out the box!
The candy floss machine lasted until 07-09-2013, using it about 5 times!
When I took it back, Anthony da Cruz wanted to charge me R300 to fix the belt that spins the flosser!
He was rude, wanting to pay me to leave his shop cause I dared complain.
Then he cut the belt of the machine & told me to leave!
Catersmart sells inferior products & has unacceptable bad service.
I have to warn anybody not to bother buying from them!
