I have to say the level of customer service within CitySlicker is ridiculously poor. It does not surprise me that they do not have a customer service line.

I bought two necklaces on the 28th, the fine print said I should get the order within 10days. It has been 20days now, and I have not received my order or the tracking No. After many emails enquiries that went unanswered I got a response telling me my order was at the harbour and they have no idea how long it will take for me to get my order or the tracking No. It's been 8days since I got that email and as yet I have not received the order and CitySlicker is doing nothing about it. I have now lost hope of ever receiving that order and would like my refund back.

It is their responsibility to make sure that the suppliers delivers the orders in time or at least communicate the delays with the customers if need be.
