Disgusting Customer Service

I purchased a pink amber dress via CitySlicker. The colour advertised in the picture is different to the actual product colour.

I CitySlicker advising them that I do not want the product as it is not what I ordered! CitySlicker emailed the supplier (CC me) and left me to deal directly with the supplier "MAXITRADING". The supplier blatantly refused to allow a return and refund even though the product in the picture differed to what I received. I then emailed CitySlicker asking when they interject and they advised they would contact the supplier.

It has now been over a month without any resolve! CitySlicker's last email (14/02/13) stated they would look into it. I have sent 2 follow up emails without any response!

This is frustrating and pathetic service!
