Delivery 2 and a half months delayed

I ordered 9 chairs from 5Rooms on the 19th of February 2013 and I received an email stating my goods will be dispatched on the 28th of February. On the website it is further stated that goods will be dispatched within 7 working days. I accept the fact that some products may be out of stock which will delay the delivery, but in my case I have to wait TWO AND A HALF MONTHS?! One of the employees phoned me on the 6th of March stating I will only receive my chairs in the middle of May. 8 chairs were ordered for a formal function on the 29th of March and the 9th chair was supposed to be a gift to one of the guests. I am absolutely humiliated by this as the guests are the executive committee of ABSA. How is it possible to advertise 7 days delivery and then only deliver 2 and a half months later??

This is pathetic to say the least!
