Hello
I was very excited to finally buy a product on cityslicker BUT clearly it was the wrong choice.
I sent my proof of payment on the 27 September and I have NO idea if I am ever getting my product

I have already inquired about it three times and they said they would speak to the supplier. The second time they said they were getting a backlog of complaints - NO WONDER cause people are not getting their stuff.

The website clearly said it takes 2-3 days for validating that you paid and thereafter they will send you a tracking number. I feel that the information is obviously misrepresentation because this is NOT the case.
If cityslicker cannot deliver my product- they should say so and refund me.
