Thanks for ruining my birthday

After many years I convinced my husband to send me flowers at work as this has always been something that I dreamt of. This year he agreed and gave me the cash and I showed him how to order online. However, we ordered 24 roses which cost over R400 to deliver to my office on my birthday. On my birthday a measely 12 roses was delivered. I was very confused and complained immediately. They responded to my mail and apologised and said they would send the other 12 the next day with a box of chocolates to apologise. I asked them to deliver yesterday, which happened at 16:20 but the 12 roses that was delivered was not really fresh and once again, the apologies chocolates was not even included. How can a company that functions on making people's special and important day's as special and important as it should be treat their customer's in this way? Are you too busy to care about your customers? I got a very non-chalant message back saying so sorry they will send the chocolates tomorrow. You ruined what was to be a special thing for me by sending your "little" bunches of roses and forgetting your "oh we so sorry" chocolates. I think you forgot what flowers and gifts are supposed
