A Surprise Refund from Woolworths

Whilst in CT which is 750kms away my husband bought me a bunch of flowers from Woolies Durbanville Branch for R179 which is not cheap. The bunch consisted out of 95% white daisies and ONE stem of lillies. The daisies started to die yet the lillies hadnt even opened yet so I phoned WW to say that the two shouldnt be mixed as you will end up with 1 stem of Lillies in the vase and nothing else! (I sent them photos to prove) They very kindly sent me an email stating they will give me a R200 voucher. Thank you Wooloworths!!!
