Netflorist prices are a ripoff

I ordered the 'Large' bunch of Lilies for my girlfriend's birthday on Monday 6 May. The cost, including delivery, was R550. 'Large' is the biggest bunch that Netflorist offer as an option on their site. The bouquet of lilies that were delivered contained exactly 10 stems of lilies and possibly 25-30 buds. This obviously works out to R55 per stem, which is totally ridiculous for lilies, so naturally I assumed that the wrong size bouquet had been delivered.

I submitted an enquiry via their website, which auto responded with a notice indicating a full response would be provided in 24 hours. Needless to say that deadline has now passed, and there has been no response.

I will no longer use Netflorist and strongly recommend anyone considering them reconsider.
