Extremely bad service received yesterday my order was not delivered I had to call the call centre on several occasions as your call centre agents do not provide feedback I have requested for a refund yesterday but this has not occurred I also call this morning and spoke to Yolanda and she assured me that she will send me an e-mail confirming the refund which has not happened as yet.
