I have complained via several emails and even left a comment on Facebook regarding my order i had paid 2 Wednesdays ago. i get different responses all the time and yesterday they said my parcel was sent off as high priority.. i emailed complaining again this morning and they just sent a tracking number and i called the courier company which does not have that number on their record... highly unacceptable.. i told them their call center lines are not working and nobody even bothered call me..
