Very satisfying experience

I put 2 lamps that were on sale in my cart and continued browsing. When I wanted to check out, I noted that the price of the lamps had suddenly gone up by R110 each! I had an online chat with one of the 5rooms guys who assured me that the price was right at the time I added the lamps to my cart. He assured me that the price would be corrected shortly, but after a few hours the price was still not correct and I decided to go ahead with the transaction so long. I then sent an email to 5rooms and was contacted shortly afterwards by Andiswa, who really went out of her way to help me. A credit of R220 was subsequently loaded to my account! Thank you for great service!
