Refund not being processed

On the 16th November I ordered a few items from the Woodmead branch, Gugu Twala was the sales consultant. On the 18th of November I requested a refund on one of the items from the main call centre. The orders department at the call centre assured me that the branch would be in contact with me with regards to the refund. Four phone calls and three weeks later, Gugu finally got hold of me (I believe she now works at the Cresta branch, or she was just temping at woodmead).

She emailed the form which I filled out and sent back on the same day (10th December). It is now the 30th and I am still waiting for the refund. I called Gugu on the 20th to follow up as she told me that it would take 2-4 working days. She then assured me that the refund would be done latest on Monday 23rd. It is now a week later than the assured "latest" date, and 20 days after I sent the completed refund form.

This is on top of delivery dates which kept on being moved out, and missed, time and again. From the 2nd of December, which was missed, to the 20th of December, which was missed, to the 27th December, which was missed, to the 30th December, so hopefully I'll receive the last item today.
