Useless company

On dec 30 we ordered flowers for a funeral on january 3. The company promised delivery on january 2. The flowers never arrived in time for the funeral and my wife is very upset. Useless company. Will never use them again. Made a couple of phonecalls. Lots of promises. Probably we lost the money as I do not believe they will credit my account. Goodbye 550 rand.
