Why is there no Tracking Service??

I have ordered a number of products from Style36, when I want to track my order I have send an e-mail to the address provided for support. Many of the other websites I order from online have a brilliant Tracking feature, where you simply click on an icon, once you have logged in and you can track your order. So your sort of left in a limbo of whether you have paid and not received your purchase or having to waste time and money trying to find out where your purchase is. Also I purchased my dream handbag from the site and was later told that the handbag I bought and paid for was out of stock, why?? None of the other online shops I buy from have ever done that to me. It then took what seemed like an eternity for the credit to appear in my account, after I had to e-mail them yet again for hours, back and forth wasting my time and money. The fault with you and I had to beg and plead to sort the issue out and I lost a gorgeous bag. Sorry Style36, you have great potential and stunning products but it's sad about your service that isn't the same. Such a pity! Not to mention the pathetic delivery service I recieved from Aramex, the wrong delivery instructions, just beyond pathetic.
