I have a flower business and make use of netflorist as a relay florist to deliver orders on my behalf in areas outside of jhb. Have complained numerous times with them about late deliveries, no deliveries, not getting back to customers etc. I spend in excess of R4-5000 per month with them, but i have to sayit doesnt get any better. I have even corresponded with netflorist Ceo and guess what, my e mails just gets deleted on his side. Wow, in a challenging economy one would think you would look after your customers. Netflorist has defnitly got a long way to go when it comes to customer service.
My reputation has been tarnished so many times because my customers rely on me for their floral needs, and i in turn rely on netflorsit to deliver on my behalf. When are you going to wake up guys?
