Unreasonable delay in delivery of spare parts

I order a pump motor for my LG intelliwasher washing machine early in December 2012. The EFT payment was done (receipt confirmed by macspares). I was told that the part is available and I will have it during the next week. I followed up a number of times since then, but no luck yet. I keep getting excuses. See some examples from my email communication with them:

Sent: 2012/12/05 10:22
Hi ---(my name)
Yes, you can order. the part will be here at my office on Friday and ready for postage
on Saterday, so you should have it by Wednesday. If not I will send you your tracking
number as soon as I have it so you can check where it is.

sorry i have not yet dispatched your order my suppliers promised me it would be here by tuesday i am still waiting for it up to day, but the are promising this week hopefully on wednesday, sorry for the inconvenience caused
