'm extremely disappointed in the service from your company today. Never before have I had a problem so I never had to deal with your consultants at the call center. At my first attempt I had to hold the line for 6 minutes before getting through to somebody, when I got hold of this guy, he put me on hold for over 10 minutes trying to figure out what happened to my order. According to your order tracking status, the flowers were supposed to be delivered around Dec 20 2013, 2:35PM. That clearly did not happen, then the call got cut and I had to call back again. Then I spoke with a Fiona Shin (not sure about the surname), who told me she would call me back, i gave her my mobile number, waited 30 minutes, she had not called back. I called your line again then got the voice message saying your offices are closed. Now, the order I placed for someone special on her birthday (20 Dec) is nowhere to be found and nobody has the decency of getting back to me!!!??? Netflorist your service really!!!
