At first disappointed but then satisfied

I used my groupon voucher to purchase flowers for my mum's birthday today and for some reason, the voucher did not go through. At about 10.45 i called the netflorist call centre to assist me and the guy on the line said he would check with IT and get back to me. He did not get back to me and the voucher was still not valid. I called again at 11.05 and spoke to another guy who assured me he would get back to me and that the delivery will be done today. It was already now 11.40 and no one has gotten back to me so I decided to call back. This time I spoke to Fazlin, and I immediately got the impression that she was going to help me. She assured me she would call me back in 2 minutes and she did! Finally someone who calls back. She told me the outstanding amount and what I needed to do and not to worry, my delivery would be done as long as I emailed her the proof before 12pm. I did and my mum just received her flowers and she is overjoyed! I want to thank Fazlin for making me a priority, it's as if this was just as important to you as it was to me. It is people like her that will keep me as a netflorist client! I am incredibly satisfied! Thank you Fazlin!
