I ordered and paid 3 days ago, now no stock!

My last few experiences with 36 boutiques has been extremely disappointing! I ordered an item on tuesday, and paid for it, and was told today, 3 days later they are out of stock.

It is ridiculous! It should not be on your website if it is out of stock!
