Bad service

I have ordered my products 2 weeks ago, and still no delivery. Every time I phone and ask what is happening with my order, I am just told that it is still being processed by the factory.

On the website it says that in Pretoria area the delivery time is 3 days. Even sending it to Namibia takes just 7 days. I have been waiting for 2 weeks!!!

I am leaving the country the end of the week to visit family and these products are Christmas presents, And I'm going to be very upset if I have to pitch up without presents!

I am never going to buy from Style36 again!!!
