Your delivered company has failed me!

I patiently waited 2 weeks for my order since I understood that you were working against the clock after that huge sale you had on Monday 2. The company you decided to use to send my order has decided to keep it and in the process!!! All my orders have been in their possession the since the 9 Dec, I checked online! Those shoes, I was suppose to wear them on my wedding day which is TOMORROW!!! When I called on Friday I. Their PE branch, I was given a East London number and I spoke to Rody or Rodney who promised that a driver was coming on Saturday and I told him how urgent that order was. He that someone came on the 11 Dec but found the place closed... that is a blatant lie... we have a 24 hour security at the entrance of the premises!! If they really came... why wasn't I called if they really didn't find anyone???
You have ruined my wedding day... thank u a lot... if this is not sorted I don't think my friends and I will be buying from you again! I'm soooo out of my elements right now,! Grhhh
