Overnignt delivery WHAT A JOKE

I paid twice for overnight delivery TC184659968ZA paid 18 Apr (10H23) for R127.58, for counter to door. After I spend more than 30 minutes on the phone it was delivered on 24 April after 13h00.(I phoned 3 times on 24). They delivered to the Lyttelton Post Office NO RESPONSE ON CLAIM I SUBMITTED TO BE REFUNDED. TC193553024ZA submitted 26 April (8H44), R132.58 paid it should have been delivered 29 April before 11H00. GUESS what I just checked NOT DELIVERED. So tomorrow I start bright an early to have the package delivered LATE AGAIN
