1st online shopping experience turns into a joke

So, I decided to try Woolworths Online shopping for the first time last week and was surprised at how easy the system was. I waited like a school-girl in reception for my order to be delivered and after the time I expected the delivery was exceeded by an hour, I called the Online Shopping Call Centre. My order could not be fulfilled and Precious claimed that she did try to call me to inform me of this but I did not have a missed call on either my cell or landline.
I am VERY DISAPPOINTED and do not want to cancel my order and stated that, seems like I have no choice as Precious says she cannot do anything because they don't have the items in the stock room - so, am I forced to cancel my order? Please say no.
