I ordered clothing in 2011, still has not received

I bought clothing through bid or buy website which I was supposed to wear in winter of 2011 when I was pregnant and I never received anything from both suppliers, Needful things and Netdeals

I am so unhappy with bid or buy together with Needful things 24 and Net deals, i now need my money back together with interest

I won the bid on the 26 June 2011
And payment was made on the 27 Jul 2011

Somebody please advise I need my money back
