I have been a victim of on bidorbuy! i had a customer that bought a laptop from me on bidorbuy, they used a credit card for payment. i was very suspicious when the customer asked me to send the parcel to "a friend" in Cape Town to a P.O. Box address. When i contacted bidorbuy's online support their consultants said to me "ALL IS CORRECT WITH REGARDS TO THE CREDIT CARD AS IT WAS CHECKED OUT ON THEIR SYSTEM AND I AM ALLOWED TO SEND THIS PARCEL TO THE CUSTOMER". I then sent off the laptop. 3 months went by!!! 2 weeks ago i log into my bidorbuy account and i find a charge back on my account which i am now liable for?? after i was told everything is perfect by someone at bidorbuy. i am a unemployed male with hardly no money to even eat and tried using bidorbuy to make money. Where must i now get R4400 to pay back to bidorbuy??? i can also not afford to be blacklisted. This was not even my fault. im not the one that used a credit card? why am i being punnished?
