What do you do when you call a support centre to help you with a query on the usage of their site and the person on the other line doesn't know the pricing structure and asks you if that is the amount it costs, also when you query the refund of an amount she says they do not do that but on the website there is a clear refund policy that states that they do no risk to you refunds... How is this person suppose to sort out my concern when she is clearly not well informed on company procedures, policies and information.
