No delivery of expensive necklace on annerversary

I ordered from NetFlorist and NetJewel flowers, nougat and a fairly expensive necklace on April 30th, to be delivered on May 8th, to my girlfriend's office for hour anniversary. They were excellent to deliver the flowers and nougat early on the day, but by close of business on the day, the necklace is nowhere... On calls to the call center, the people was really trying to help me, but in the end it's the parcel service up. What bothers me is that Netflorist only accepts risk for the package until it's delivered, so now when my girlfriend leaves work, and somebody signs for and takes the necklace it will probably be my loss, and not theirs. I am well and truly disappointed in you guys... Thanks for screwing up my anniversary plans.
