I have sent a mail on Sunday, phoned on Tuesday as well as Friday regarding a purchase made with Discovery miles and the seller hasn't received payment.
EACH time a was promised someone will phone me back to still nothing. Very Poor service and I feel the person responsible (indian lady) should be reprimanded. Ticket ID: KGA - 46929172
