Hi, I recently won a bid and paid for a PS3 on Bid or Buy from Charl van Dyk. His username is CHARLVAN DYK3, his email is [Email Removed] His cell phone number is 082 097 2434. My order number was Order : 6125868. For Auction : 102275385 on the 05 Jun 2013. The amount was R1 052.00. Charl first said BidorBuy had not paid him but he eventually said they had. He then promised that the PS3 would be delivered a week later, I have all the emails as evidence. He suddenly made excuses that his supplier had "knocked him over" and claimed I had to contact BidorBuy to get my refund after 30 days. I have not received any refund to date. The seller stopped contact so i decided to ask BidorBuy for assistance. After sending my second email I finally received contact but I was still left disappointed as Bid or Buy had no advice or assistance making no effort at all. I also reported the Seller through the Community watch but I haven't received any response yet. Charl is definitely the bad guy but BidorBuy's lack of assistance makes me wonder who is worse? Please can someone help me!? I feel I am not alone as I read someone else's report about exactly the same thing!
