Eally UNSECURE purchase/payment system

I made a purchase last night 2 Dec on Bidorbuy, did an EFT payment for my Item. I received confirmation from Bidorbuy of my order as well as proof that they had received my payment.
This morning I look for my order on Bidorbuy and my order doesn't exist! I called them and they have "lost" all data from yesterday. They have no time frame for a fix.
The supplier is reluctant to release my goods, and rightly so!
Bidorbuy you! You should have systems in place to protect against data loss like this!
Either you have a total disregard for your customers and sellers or you have incompetent working in your IT department. Whichever it is it means ITS NOT SAFE TO PURCHASE ON BIDORBUY!!!
