No delivery and a Hustle to get my refund

Made a bid on Bidorbuy for a new Sony PS3, won the bid on the 20th May 2013 and made payment 21st May 2013 (Order 6064552). Seller (Charl van Dyk) send me an e-mail to say I will receive my goods no later than the 20th June 2013.

Within that period the Seller (Charl van Dyk) never bothered to respond to my e-mail nor give me any update on progress.

On the 19th June, day before promised delivery date Seller (Charl van Dyk) send me an e-mail stating that I won't be receiving my purchase and that I must wait 30 additional days for a refund.

In my opinion that is just unfair and I hope Bidorbuy can come to my rescue on this matter. I've done other transactions on BOB with atmost bliss but this has dented my shopping experience.
