I ASKED FOR CLIENT BANKING DETAILS IN ORDER TO PROCESS A REFUND - BANKING DETAILS ORIGINALLY SUPPLIED WERE INCORRECT (ATTACHED ERROR FROM FIRST NATIONAL BANK).
THIS PERSON MAILED THE CLIENT, CC'ING ME ON THE MAIL. THAT WAS 6 DAYS AGO - NOT ONE WORD OF FEEDBACK. TODAY 18 NOVEMBER, I GET THIS EMAIL ADDRESSED TO CLIENT AND ME SAYING THAT THEY SHOULD TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST ME AS I HAVE GIVEN THEM NO FEEDBACK.
YET I STILL DON'T HAVE THEIR FEEDBACK??? I HAVE DEALT WITH ABOUT 6 PPL ON THIS COMPLAINT, EACH DAY A NEW EMAIL ARRIVES WITH NEW INFORMATION - THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE, EMPLOYING UNEDUCATED PPL (MIN WAGE I ASSUME) AND THEY HIDE BEHIND ANYTHING THEY CAN IN ORDER TO MAKE THEMSELVES LOOK DECENT.
I AM NOW INSTITUTING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THIS BUHLE AS WELL AS BOB AS A WHOLE.
