No update on order and no response to email

I ordered some multi-coloured fairylights on the 1st of November. I made the payment via credit card immediately after making the order but have yet to receive anything. This includes any kind of feedback telling me my order is being processed or has been dispatched. On top of this, I have sent numerous emails only to be ignored. And today (in fact 2 minutes ago) I have called customer service only to be greeted by your answering machine. This was during your specified office hours.
I have received nothing. If my payment was too late and I missed the deal, why not just inform me? This lack of communication isn't very comforting at all. Disappointed.
