Froze my funds for no reason

This person did not understand the nature of the issue, and because he knew the buyer he decided to side the buyer and freez my account. I can no longer get my money from bidorbuy because this man decided to use his status to restrict my account just because he had the authority to do so and not because i was at fault. If you have any issues with bidorbuy please stay far from this man, as he is not suitable to handle anything. Bidorbuy is an excellent company, but people like cuan will bring them down.
