I have been selling on BoB for years as a drop shipper. Customer complained about a product she had received, but I was unavailable to deal with complaint. Ntathu Myeza had the audacity to advise customer to lay charge of against me, even though she had received the product. Customer has now been advised to return product to me for refund, which I am most happy to do, but she has sent it back via courier with the expectation that I will reimburse her for that too, even though my listing clearly stated that the buyer is responsible for return shipping should there be a problem. BoB has not responded to my emails, yet continues to respond to customer by return.
I recently bought an item off Bidorbuy for R16, 000, paid cash and never saw the item, and Bidorbuy could not have cared less and did nothing about it.
Shows me that they are extremely unprofessional. I have asked them to close my account and I will not, on principle, have anything to do with them ever again.
I'm not surprised by the number of negative reports they have on this site.
